The article considers problems of uniform application of special rules of legal proceedings and trials. The author suggests the existing inconsistencies to be eliminated by means of correct reading of the Criminal Procedure Code that establishes special rules of criminal justice proceedings. The author proposes a classification of forms of special proceedings and also divides each model into kinds.
